We have a no questions asked 30 day warranty on all our repairs and labor. All our mobile mechanics must agree to this to work for our company. We also guarantee the repair; meaning, the mechanic does not get paid until the repairs are complete.
Paying direct voids our warranty because we can’t track funds paid, and there is no guarantee to get funds back. This is why the best quality consumer service is to use our escrow system. If you pay the mechanic direct, and he/she does not come back again we are not liable for that. If the repair does not fix the vehicle, and it is due to our repair the mechanic will come back for free to touch up his/her work. If the new repair has nothing to do with the work we did, then the mechanic might asked for a diagnosis fee.
Some of our mechanics have their own warranty up to one year. These premium mechanics usually have higher rates. You get what you pay for in the service industry. Our job is to guide you to the best mobile mechanic experience that works!
