Need CV shaft removed on driver side to install a transmission governor, the cover is blocked by the CV shaft. Car does not shift into 2nd or 3rd due to loose or cracked plastic gear on the old governor. The a140l tranny is mechanically controlled and has no solenoids just the governor.
