Tim was late to the original appointment. The next day I contacted him because the belt was squealing (it was loose), but he didn’t come as promised due to an emergency. We rescheduled for the following day, and he arrived about 3 hours late. He did fix the belt properly once he got here.

I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to hire through here because there are so many scams out there today…but my car was stuck dead, in the driveway and I needed a new alternator. When Timmy showed up, he instantly made me feel at ease, and two hours later, my car was running again! Because they are mobile, it saved me a bunch of money from having to have it towed to the shop! I’d highly recommend this to everyone!

Early response. They passed on the great advice to call ONSTAR to fix my remaining issue of the not in correct conditions to shift. On star instructions worked like a charm of moving the key fob 50ft away(I tried more distance to make sure) before trying to restart the car.

Repair is done and yes. I got busy so I forgot to make a call. Even though it got a little late he still showed up and came next day and handled everything as well as willing to fix my dipstick for me as well! Very appreciative!

Absolutely terrible. Took 3 days to actually show up to just install the parts wrong. Put a left stabilizer link on the right side (the wrong side of the car). Had gone back and forth over lack of communication, scheduling, proper guy. I will say, the way the owner has handled it considering the anger on my end because of the situation he stayed calm and collective, I give credit where credit is due. I will never use this again nor use a mobile mechanic again.

Joe was more than willing to help me out on a tire that was lowkey crapped out haha. He did his best and did it outside in the cold. A lot of respect for him and would highly recommend hiring him in the future. The job itself took 3 days and he came by as many times as he could in those 3 days to make sure i can have my vehicle in time for work.

I needed transmission fluid added to my car. Timothy was great at first. He told me he inspected transmission there was no leak.He said the check engine light was off everything was good to go. He told me to release escrow funds before handing me my keys back. I should have known then something wasn’t right. Test drove it 4 blocks check engine light was back on. He ignored me when I reached out sent another mechanic after I called dispatch took it to shop bolts and screws missing under the hood

Fast and friendly

Timmy said he was on his way and then wouldn’t answer. Finally Jordan was able to get him on the phone and he said that he would send someone to do the job (after he said that he would have been there to do it). Had he let us know that he was sending someone else, we would have hired someone else. Even though the young gentleman Timmy sent to do the job was kind, he didn’t put back all of the screws which ended up causing more issues. Now MM won’t do anything to help us….

I have the type of barrings that need to be pressed in. They weren’t properly installed the first time but he came back early the next day to fix them and their is still making noise. I believe they weren’t pressed in properly. Now I have to pay for a diagnostic to see what was done wrong.

Found this mobilemechanic.com site in a rush for my daughters older car. They were able to get me a great price and work the same day. However, only 30 days later, WHILE driving, we heard a clunk noise and took the tire off to examine. We found the right front passenger wheel had NO BOLTS holding the brake pads in place! Luckily, my teen driver & I made it home, but it couldve ended reslly badly. I didn't think we had double check the work of an ASE mechanic, but I guess I'll always do so.

Never seen Timmy who was assigned to my job, the individual sent to me lacked mechanic, communication and social skills. Also brought a vulnerable adult to my residence while working very unprofessional! He was just guessing what was wrong with my scooter we got it to run for about an hour and when he left I tried the scooter and went back to how it started not cranking over or running so I feel as if I was scammed at this point because I paid all that money for my scooter to not be running.

I accepted Timmy bid for driver and passenger upper control arm and when I would not pay him more money he walked off the job without completing is obligations.

I hired Timothy for a simple inspection. He went to the vehicle and called me saying it was "immaculate". When I picked it up later it had a dozen issues that he did not investigate or share with me. This guy completely lied to me and did not do his job. I do not recommend hiring him.

It’s my first time experiencing a mobile mechanic and Tim definitely exceeded my expectations. If I need another mechanic through the company I know I can trust him.
