The mechanic said our car Was fix. It broke down 2 blocks from our housa .The owner is giving us a hard. He said he can't reach the mechanic he assign to our vehicle and told us to go after the mechanic but we hired him though Mobil mechanic. Please be careful if you use this service. I'm going after both the ,company I paid for the service and the mechanic.If your reading this please BEWARE. THE OWNER TALKS REALLY NICE AND ONCE HE GET YOUR PAYMENT. HE ADVISED ME TO PRESS CHARGES ON THE MECH. -

He came and replaced my alternator in 30 minutes. He was quick and was very helpful. He was sure to make sure that I understood what he was working on and that he would follow up to make sure it is still working. Before he left he tested the alternator and battery again to make sure the problem was fixed. He was very polite and kind.

Jerry is very polite and understanding! He is extremely knowledgeable and exudes confidence in his job. We had a broken down 89 Ford Lazy Daze RV in a grocery store parking lot. The starter needed to be removed along with a broken bolt that held the starter in place. That was not a issue for him. He tackled the job quickly and efficiently. -

Jerry was amazing! I brought him out for a pre-buy inspection on a used car and he was completely transparent about everything going on with the car and provided some insight into what I might be looking at for maintenance after I bought the car. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle, but his professionalism and knowledge was refreshing and appreciated. I would seriously recommend him to anyone in the Phoenix area either through MobileMechanics or at his new auto shop on Camelback!

He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose what additional parts were needed in order to complete my job.
