Hi, This is Rudy with Amerit Fleet. I spoke with Jordan last week about servicing the units at UNCC. Currently, I have two EV vans (Muln0159 and Muln0096) that aren’t starting, likely due to dead 12V batteries. I’d like to schedule a starting and charging test, ideally this week, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please ensure your tech keeps me updated throughout the process and notes the mileage. Thanks!
