REPAIR DETAILS

I bought a hyper tough diagnostic tester at Walmart, I am not a mechanic but I thought I might could fix it. Anyway it through a code p1515 code I bought and changed the throttle body. Well it didn't fix it. Runs rough, barely idles and when you try to rev it up it shuts off. I suppose the problem with my vehicle is not an easy fix and not worth the time of all the mechanics who have viewed this code. I thought someone would at least give me an estimate on what it would cost to fix. I have more money but I don’t know what amount to put down I mean I feel like if I put down $1500.00 someone would say well I’ll be that’s exactly what it Will cost to fix. Anyway can someone please just give me some feedback of what I should do. Thanks I do need this vehicle I just wasn’t in a big hurry.
