Mobile Mechanic Needed In San Francisco CA On 2001 chevy express 3500 For Thieves broke the ignition. I have replacement cylinder and key. The new cylinder turns with or without the key. No power to the ignition. (Power does get to headlights, and dome lights, but not to dash.) No lights indicating vehicle pass lock engaged. No dash warning lights. I purchased new housing for cylinder lock. If it needs to be replaced, that requires removing the steering wheel and air bag. There may also be an electrical problem. Battery is freshly charged and reads 13.2v
