Car wont start. Has new battery, dash lights turn on, radio works. Doesnt want to start. No clicking sound, just silent when i try to crank engine. Im thinking it needs a new starter. I can pick up a starter from Advanced Auto Parts tonight or early tomorrow morning if someone can come out and install it for me tomorrow
