Mobile Mechanic Needed In Tampa FL On 2013 Chey Spark For The car will not start. the starter will not engage and the motor won't crank. The starter and battery have been replaced and it still will not crank. I will not pay for someone to come out and tell me it's a code problem and to take it to the dealer. Just looking for someone to tell her what to fix. Basically, a code scan, diagnosis and go from there. Plug in the reader, read and translate the codes and let her know what to fix. If it is fixable, and within her budget, we'll have it fixed. Just need it to run to sell. Thank you
