I have been a diesel mechanic for over 30 years and have worked on all sorts of vehicles here in the USA as well as Australia and New Zealand to name but a few. I have a vast knowledge of diesel systems and their workings and am very systematic and organized in my work. I thrive to produce the best work possible under all sorts of different conditions. I’m currently specializing in Cummins but am comfortable working on any vehicle. I am an all rounder and have picked up sizable knowledge of diesel trucks and buses during my long career
Yea it is done .. technician was very friendly and accommodative .. car is making some squeaking sound while braking but I was told it may take a while toget that used to .. rest all good .. I give him 5 out of 5 so far
Great technician, was very thorough and got my replacement radiator in my RV quickly! I am very happy with the service I was provided and how knowledgeable William is.
William was prompt, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and quick. He went above and beyond excellent service. I would quickly refer him. Thank you so much!
William is an exceptional technician and master mechanic. His knowledge and skill set about many different types of vehicles is phenomenal. His training on providing solutions comes from many years of assessing the essentials of mechanical & electrical information about autos and then making the right decisions to repair the problem. And after he completed my repair, he was confident that the resurfacing of my rotors would substantially improve my braking issue—and it did !! The next repair I need I will be calling for William—he’s excellent !!
He was professional in sorting out issue one step at a time Cleared out all my electrical issue and finally was able to identify the main cause!!Great knowledgeable person and will definitely contact him for my next job if I have any
awesome work, on time and very knowledgeable ! Although I helped for over 3 hrs he was rushed because his wife showed up and she had groceries and waited for 2 hrs. Some wiring had not got hooked up, and he worked too fast ! The cars fans didn't seem to working right, only the small one came on, the car overheated and that was the end of the engine from the parts he hooked up! I have been working on cars for 30 years, never have I blown an engine up This work is DIRECTLY RELATED TO CRAP WORK !
For anyone using Craigslist to find mechanics: stop. Mobilemechanic.com is the only place to go. I had what I thought was a catastrophic issue with the engine in my Yukon Denali. Misfiring—and it wasn’t an easy fix (not plug or coil pack). I contacted mobilemechanic and within 1 hour was connected with William. He is ASE certified, explained to me on the phone what he planned to do and the time he planned to arrive. He arrived early and dug into the engine within minutes to diagnose. He found the issue quickly (thankfully, easy for him but not for the average weekend mechanic). He observed a couple other problems with my engine as well and had me go grab parts while he worked. He and I became buds, he was so knowledgeable, professional and determined (he told me the first time we talked: “I will fix the problem. It might take a lot of work, or a little work, but I can do it”). And sure enough, he was right! I couldn’t be happier to have my kid hauler back! Thanks William, thanks mobilemechanic.com!
