Hoke and his crew were great. Top notch diagnostic, knowledgeable - wasn’t trying to sell me services, as he could have easily added an hour or two of labor when another issue arose. Instead he notified me of issue, ordered part, and got it done in a much timelier manner than most shops. Will definitely use these guys again.

The mechanic was nice. But unfortunately, I encountered more problems with the car after the work was done.

Hello Mr.Jordan so I spoke to soon when I said the job with tranny was complete because when Hoke came he stated that the issue I was having he was sending someone and they never came nor contacted my I paid 179 for nothing then paid 2500 to get my tranny replaced and labor, yes my transmission was replaced before and none of these issues happened and I had other mechanics look at it before receiving service and everything that is messing up falling down only happened with Hoke and his shop I do

My experience with hoke the mechanic was great he was very perishable and professional his work was done in a timely fashion when the job was completed he double checked everything and cleaned up all the trash and removed it if I'm ever in need again I would definitely use him again thanks for getting my vehicle back on the road I appreciate your help

He worked longer than what I expected him to work, he came back the next day because he said he had to get a tool that he didn’t have to complete my spark plugs and ignition coil replacement job. He even charged me extra for coming out the next day after not completing the job correctly. I asked him to change all 6 of my spark plugs and ignition coils, he only did 3 and left us with a check engine light on and not respond since the day he left.now I spent more money on new mechanic with a shop.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Seriously the worst experience ever with a mechanic. It has been 8 months now since he picked up my car and has not returned it. Communication with him is horrible. I have been weeks without hearing a single thing from him and every time I finally hear something, there is also some other problem with the car that he is fixing that I did not originally hire him for. At the time of this review, I still have not gotten my car back, nor have I heard anything from him……
