Most horrible car repair experience ever. The mechanic had a friend provide identification, instead of the person who took the job. No tools, not even a flathead screwdriver to disassemble the parts to tow the car. Took four days, instead of one. Drove the car with turbo not working, no gas in tank and turbo leaking oil. Demanded money or threaten to steal the car if not paid for job unfinished. Dealer confirmed 3 gaskets missing, reason for the turbo oil leak. The company backed the mechanic. -

The mechanic (Joe H) is a solid pro! He diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently and even offered to pick up, deliver, and install a part from the U-Pull Parts salvage yard to save me money over getting a new one. The dispatcher (Jordan) was really helpful in coordinating communication between me and Joe. Payment was all online and super easy. Overall if your schedule is flexible and you need someone to come to you to do the work I would recommend this service. -

Joe was great. Good guy, hard worker. Overall experience was pretty bad. Had to hire another mechanic to fix car and am out a few hundred in parts plus additional labor. Unhappy.

It turned out that what I needed to be done to my car was something out of his scope, but instead of just leaving and leaving me hanging, he actually made a couple of calls to see who in my area could address it. He found someone and then asked me to follow up with him once they showed up to let him know how it turned out. This kind of service is wonderfully refreshing and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done to their car.

My $$ was given to mechanic . Mechanic threatened to take my car cause I never signed off on a job. Says labor only and in fact the job was done at a certified shop. So of course I got to file a suit just to get my $$ back for a job never completed then discovered parts stolen after this guy threatened to take my car yet he didn't fix a thing.
